I was just watching a video that was talking about Hilbert Spaces. To show a 3D representation of two vectors, the creator of the video simply slowly rotated the 2D projection of the 3D representation around slowly. Why is this so genius? What does this do? It “injects” a time dimension to a 2D view to compensate for not having the ability to show 3D. By rotating, you show multiple 2D projections over the course of timesteps, allowing the observer to construct a 3D map of what it should look like.
Now that we’ve established that trick, imagine how we see in a 2D projection (with depth perception, not 3D vision) of a 3D reality, with time being a very important aspect of our lives. What is time compensating for? What is it like to “see” in 4 dimensions? Is God in 4 dimensions? Is quantum immortality real? Why does time move in one direction?
